The AI tools we’ve built, the problems they solve, and what we can build for you.
There’s a lot of talk in the marketing world right now about AI — what it means, where it’s headed, and whether agencies are ready for it. At 10|20, we stopped talking about it a while ago. We started building.
What we’ve put together over the past two years isn’t a collection of experiments or pilot projects. It’s a set of working systems, live and in use every day, that handle the kind of repetitive, time-consuming work that used to pull our team — and our clients — away from the thinking that actually moves the needle.
Intelligence that comes to you
One of the biggest time drains in any business is staying current — on competitors, on industry news, on what’s shifting in your market. We’ve built a CRM that does this automatically, surfacing relevant news and updates so the right people see the right information without anyone having to go looking for it. Pair that with our ability to scrape and analyze any website on demand, and competitive research that used to take hours now takes minutes.
Reporting that actually tells you something
Most reporting tools give you data. We built something that gives you answers. Our system pulls live metrics from Google Analytics and other platforms and uses AI to generate reports that include context, insights, and recommendations — not just numbers in a table. Client reports get populated with real data, and the analysis comes with them. No manual assembly required.
Staying on top of the work
After a busy week of calls and emails, things fall through the cracks. We built a task management system that reads your emails and meeting transcripts and automatically pulls out action items — creating a running list of what needs to get done without anyone having to take manual notes or chase down next steps. On the administrative side, we’ve also built a system that identifies emails containing receipts and routes them automatically to the right expense collection software, cutting out a small but persistent time drain that adds up fast.
Smarter prospecting
Cold outreach is one of the most labour-intensive parts of business development — and one of the easiest to automate intelligently. We’ve built an outreach platform that integrates with both Microsoft and Google accounts, sends prospect emails, and then tracks engagement. If a prospect opens the email, the system flags it and a human takes over the conversation at exactly the right moment. If there’s no engagement, the system continues following up on its own until the prospect converts to a lead or is removed from the sequence. The result is a pipeline that keeps moving without constant manual attention.
Auditing your digital presence
We built a tool that analyzes any Google Business Profile and produces a full audit in seconds — identifying strengths, flagging weaknesses, assigning an overall health score, and delivering a prioritized list of recommendations. What used to require manual review and a solid grasp of local SEO best practices now happens automatically, making it useful for ongoing client reporting and new business prospecting alike. We apply the same thinking to website audits, assessing homepage clarity and conversion performance, and to AI discoverability — evaluating how visible a brand is to AI-powered search engines like ChatGPT and Perplexity, which is quickly becoming as important as traditional SEO.
Content and creative at scale
We generate content ideas, write ad copy, draft newsletters, and can produce video assets in a range of styles — cinematic, animated, product 360s, social hooks — without a production crew. We can also extract a brand’s voice from existing writing samples and apply it consistently across everything we produce, so the output sounds like you, not like a machine.
Every system described above was built in response to a real problem — something a client needed solved that no off-the-shelf tool was handling well enough. That’s the point. We don’t start with technology and look for a place to put it; we start with the challenge and build toward the best solution. Whether you need a minor adjustment to how you’re currently working, a turnkey version of something you’ve seen here, or you have an idea for something entirely your own, we can scope it out and build it.
If you can describe the problem, we can start designing the answer.
